Parish Councillor Vacancy

Martyn Begbey, unfortunately, has had to step down from being an OPC Councillor, due to other commitments on council nights, so there is now a vacancy on the Parish Council.

If you would like to consider contributing further to the village through the Parish Council, then please contact either the Clerk, Lynne Mackie on, or myself at

There is no need for the Council to hold an election for a new member, one can be           co-opted; we will therefore be seeking to appoint a new Councillor over the next month or so.

The position of Parish Councillor is a voluntary one and not politically aligned. The Council meets the second Tuesday of every month at 7.30pm and, as well as managing most of the village maintenance and representing Offham externally, the Council seeks to improve our general environment and make Offham a wonderful place to live. We are a very active Council and would welcome someone who really wants to help and get involved personally.
